cyfit.com's Paul Neville Wins Met-Rx
World's Best Personal Trainer Contest
cyfit.com personal trainer Paul Neville and his client Dolores Kornely won in February the Met-Rx World's Best Personal Trainer Contest in the Bodybuilding/Advanced Exerciser category.
This is the first contest of its kind, where personal trainers are recognized for the remarkable work they perform with their clients. The contestants had to complete a minimum 12-week program with their clients, in which the trainers documented their clients' goals and results, as well as the training program they developed for their clients. In addition to maintaining a regular training schedule, the clients had to use at least two Met-Rx nutrition products on a daily basis during the length of the program.
The co-author of the Dowling College S.M.A.R.T. (Scientific Management of Anatomical Responsive Training) Personal Training certification, Paul is A.C.E. (American Council of Exercise)-, I.S.S.A. (International Sport Science Association)-, and F.I.T. (Fitness Institute of Technology)-certified. In addition, Paul is vice president of club operations at cyfit.com's interactive fitness centers.
Dolores Kornely hired Paul Neville as her personal trainer six years ago, when she was 246 pounds. Today, she weighs 154 pounds, and continues to maintain a healthy, fit lifestyle under Paul's guidance.
The Met-Rx grand prize includes a $25,000 Met-Rx endorsement contract, a complete home gym, and $2,500 in Met-Rx workout gear and nutritional products. In addition, Paul and Dolores will be featured in nationally run Met-Rx TV and print advertising, and Paul will be a guest trainer on several nationally run TV fitness-sports shows and publications.
Met-Rx is an engineered nutrition program with nutrient-dense, calorie-controlled food products.
