Tony Little Touts Grand Opening of cyfit.com Health and Fitness Facility

cyfit.com's Hauppauge, N.Y., health and fitness facility celebrated its grand opening Feb. 18 and 19 with fitness guru Tony Little demonstrating equipment, answering questions, and, as is customary of America's Personal Trainer™, inspiring attendees.

A certified personal trainer with a multimillion-dollar fitness empire, Little has sold more than 15 million copies of his videos worldwide. He is now a spokesman for cyfit.com.

The new club, at 180 Commerce Dr., offers the ultimate in fitness equipment and classes designed to enhance workouts. In addition, cyfit.com's facility offers a state-of-the-art weight room, massage therapy, hair and nail salons, child care facilities, a certified dietitian, a juice bar, and much more.

The club's interactive One-on-One Trainer™ kiosks provide class schedules, fitness demonstrations, personal trainer information, and, coming soon, fitness progress monitoring.

cyfit.com's Web site launched in April, featuring up-to-date articles and tips in health and fitness-related topics, and, coming soon, one-on-one personal trainers anytime, anywhere. Based on a lifestyle assessment interview, members will be able to enjoy a customized health and fitness program, online progress monitoring, and interactive discussion boards, chats, and forums.

In addition to Hauppauge, cyfit.com is located in East Islip, on 269 Main St.
